The LTC4020 datasheet says the INTVCC capacitor connects to PGND, so that is where I would ground the LT3010.
I was considering using one of these linear regulators to power and LED. I was wondering if the SHDN pin reacted fast enough to act as a PWM input at, say, 100Hz.
In datasheet of LT3010 or LT3014 is no data for internal reference temperature coeficient.
Could I get this information?

Customer use LT3060 (10Vin/3.3Vout). If add 220uFx2 on LT3060 output to supply MCU, the waveform is below and MCU damaged. It looks related to stability issue. Could LT3060 or LT3010 output with 220uFx2? Has limitation of output capacitor? Thank…
