  • LT1764AEQ输出电压不准

    大致的电路图如上图(L1是一个nH级别的磁珠),理论上输入-10V得到-8V电源,但是实际测量输出电压为-7.4V左右。

    测量此时ADJ管脚电压为相对于芯片的GND为1.5777V,不是芯片手册声称的1.21V,

    用示波器观察输出稳定无振荡,-10V电压无振荡,GND干净。

    修改反馈分压电阻的阻值,ADJ的电压随着阻值的变化而变化,不是固定的1.5777V,当时经过公示这算输出电压是满足分压关系的。

    所以推测:内部的基准源电压发生变化?

    板上同样的LT1764A用+20V产生+15V则一切正常…
