I checked 1:2 higspeed (10Gbps ~) buffer of HMC850. but My application need to single-end I/O Interface.

I have integrated the HMC830 on a test signal generator to generate test signal in the frequency range 50-350 MHz.
My test board amplify the output of the HMC830 and filter the output to remove harmonics.
I shall obtain signal with high SNR…
The worst case total jitter value for HMC744 and HMC850 is Tj = Dj + 2nRj = 6 + 0.2*7 = 7.4ps and cascaded is 10.4ps max for 1e-12 BER. Typically this value would be Tj=3.4ps for a single part and 4.8ps for cascaded.
Inner impedances of the parts are as follows(they might change with part to part):
For HMC850/851: AP,AN,BP,BN : ~55ohms / DP,DN : ~60ohms
For HMC744745: AP,AN,BP,BN : ~60ohms / DP,DN : ~65ohms
The traces on the PCB are always 50ohms.
why is there two measurements given for some of the parameters?

This part is EAR99. The attached RFIC selection guide lists the ECCN codes for all of ADI's RF products.
You need a PLL which drives a frequency doubler which drives an amplifier. Possible choices might be ADF4371 (PLL), HMC1105 (frequency doubler) and HMC7229 (amplifier). These are not the only choices.
