  • HMC797APM5E Gain flatness issue

    I am using HMC797 for frequency band 8.5 to 9.6GHz band. facing issue with gain flatness. Gain variation is 6dB for 1.1GHz band. Schematic is as follow and VGG1 = -0.55V, VGG2=3.6V, VDD=10V. Please help me to solve this issue,
