I was wondering if any HOTL-type reliability information is available for the HMC787A? The wafer fab page doesn't seem to have data on this part.
In page 14 of HMC787A data sheet, the 2x2 spurs = 89dBc for -5dBm, 3100M RF in, 6100M LO and IF=3000M. dBc is wrt 1x1 conversion loss = 0dB in table.
That implies IIP2=+84dBm; this is not believable. What am I missing?
We are planing to use HMC787A in our system. For spur calculation we need some data.

Using only one IF port without the hybrid would mean that you would have 3dB additional conversion loss. The hybrid is needed for image rejection. However you would lose the image rejection capability if using only one IF port.
