    The data sheet for the HMC784A says that 10W RF power is achievable by using a Vdd of 8V and a control voltage swing of 0 to 8V.  Can you provide a suggested high speed driver circuit for the 8V configuration.

    On page 7, note 3, the HMC784A data sheet says, "DC Blocking capacitors are required for each RF port as shown. Capacitor value determines lowest frequency of operation."

    I think, the RF switches at RF ports behave reciprocal thus they are suitable for full duplex operation. Have you checked HMC784A? It requires DC blocking capacitors.

    The HMC784A needs complementary logic applied to A and B to switch between channels. Setting both A and B to high or low, puts the switch in an undefined state.

    You need a PLL which drives a frequency doubler which drives an amplifier. Possible choices might be ADF4371 (PLL),  HMC1105 (frequency doubler) and HMC7229 (amplifier). These are not the only choices.
