    您好,我在使用HMC769 芯片产生一个8.8GHz单频点信号时,

    1)参考源为100MHz晶振,Hcmos输出波形。

    2)环路滤波器是无源结构(采用ADF4351的滤波器结构),带宽50kHz。

    3)CEN端口使用一个100k的上拉电阻与3.3V电源相连接,SEN采用了一个100k的下拉电阻

            通过3.3V单片机将下列寄存器配置参数输入HMC769中,但是HMC769无任何反应,频谱中一直是一个8.01GHz的没有锁定信号,所以,请教一下:(1)我的寄存器配置是否有问题?(由于寄存器中有很多参数不是太明白有何作用…
