    The answer on Jan 18, 2018 was telling us the performance alters significantly due to droop.

    Since the HMC760 can't be effectively characterized in the frequency domain, what's the proper approach for using this device in a modeling/simulation activity? Is there a SPICE or behavioral model available?

  • 关于采样保持芯片的选型问题

    各位大牛好

           我想选择一款采样保持芯片来实现对脉宽1ns的周期脉冲信号进行等效采样,后端ADC的采样频率为10MSPS。

    1)AD783的Acquisition time典型值是250ns,是不是只能使用小于4MSPS的ADC采样场合。如果不是,我的需求是否可以满足。

    2)如果我要实现1ns内等效采样10个点,对于参数Acquisition time是否精度必须小于100ps,还是只要系统提供的触发脉冲边沿精度满足小于100ps即可。

    3)如果AD783精度不够,HMC760是否合适,是否还有更低成本的解决方案…

  • RE: 36GHz RF oscillation signal source

    You need a PLL which drives a frequency doubler which drives an amplifier. Possible choices might be ADF4371 (PLL),  HMC1105 (frequency doubler) and HMC7229 (amplifier). These are not the only choices.
