I'm considering the HMC753 and HMC8410 for my design .
I wish to understand what is the maximum input power (NO DAMAGE) ,for the HMC753 and HMC8410 when DC is OFF (meaning - when the power supply to the parts is off )
I have a customer who wants to use the HMC753 Amplifier with a fixed resistor bias (instead of a HMC981 bias controller). We have several questions:
1) Are the graphs for the temperature dependent performance parameters, Input/output Return loss, Noise…
Does it cause any problem to HMC753 that applying +1dBm to RF input port while power supply and gate biases are off?

I've posted the same problem about the HMC392LC4. We were able to remove the part and bypass that section. However, the same problem is now occurring with our HMC753LP4E LNA. This issue needs to be resolved before we spin a new PC board. Here is the issue…
