    1. hmc7229ls6 noise figure =?
    center freq of 40GHz but any freq around would do.

    2. which PA is expected to replace this one.

  • HMC7229LS6 operating from 33GHz

    Hi,

    I would like to know if it is possible to operate the HMC7229LS6 from 33 GHz.

    I have looked at S2P file of the LS6 and seems like there is good gain, around 20dB, but just a bit poor S11. Is that poor matching the reason why it is not recommended…

  • RE: 36GHz RF oscillation signal source

    You need a PLL which drives a frequency doubler which drives an amplifier. Possible choices might be ADF4371 (PLL),  HMC1105 (frequency doubler) and HMC7229 (amplifier). These are not the only choices.
