    Hi all,

    Please more information for the bond pad size of each die.

    @datasheets HMC451 & HMC633 die,

    it say "TYPICAL BOND IS .004” SQUAR".

    But it is different the RFIN/RFOUT pads size and the other pads size,

    I'd rather not use a negative supply and would like to know if  the HMC633 can be used with the Vgg tied to ground? If Vgg can be grounded or if it requires a negative bias can the bias be a fixed or does it need to be adjusted for each device…

    Do you have a maximum power consumption for the HMC598 in die form? The data sheet shows 175 mA @ 5 volts, but it's only a typical number and I'm seeing  220 mA @ 5volts, with no input signal or output load. Thanks.

    Hi avatar,

    1) It's in series of the path.

    2)  I would recommend a bondable resistor from AVX.

    3) The resistor in between the bypass capacitors is part of the noise filtering bypass circuit and also is there to protect the gate .
