• HMC451 & HMC633 -die bond pad size

    Hi all,

Please more information for the bond pad size of each die.

    @datasheets HMC451 & HMC633 die,

it say "TYPICAL BOND IS .004” SQUAR".

But it is different the RFIN/RFOUT pads size and the other pads size,

    the Outline Drawing @…

  • HMC633

I'd rather not use a negative supply and would like to know if  the HMC633 can be used with the Vgg tied to ground? If Vgg can be grounded or if it requires a negative bias can the bias be a fixed or does it need to be adjusted for each device…

  • RE: Hittite HMC633 in SMT package.

    Hi Bill,

Top of the HMC633 die inside the LC4  filled with air, actually filled with whatever gas concentration is used at the system outside of those ceramic packages. As we know air has poor thermal characteristics. It can be assumed, almost all the…

  • 2HD, 3HD data of HMC441-Die and HMC462-Die

Could you share the 2nd and the 3rd harmonic distortion data?

If there is no data of these products, something of the same product series is also fine.

  • ltc2641 die -

The largest temp range the DAC will operate per the data sheet is -40 to +85 C. If I get the die will it operate at -55 to 125C? I will be mounting the die on ceramic substrate.

does the assumption that it will work if properly heatsunk although the…

  • HMC939A-DIE

Please provide S-parameters for HMC939A-DIE. Thanks.

  • Die Temperature

How can I determine the die temperature of your device?

  • HMC341 die

Where can I get the S parameter of LNA HMC341 measured on die? The S papameter offered on website is the results measured on test board.

  • HMC598 Die

Do you have a maximum power consumption for the HMC598 in die form? The data sheet shows 175 mA @ 5 volts, but it's only a typical number and I'm seeing  220 mA @ 5volts, with no input signal or output load. Thanks.

    Best Regards.

  • RE: HMC-ALH435-DIE 10 Ohms on Vgg1

    Hi avatar,

    1) It's in series of the path.

    2)  I would recommend a bondable resistor from AVX.

    3) The resistor in between the bypass capacitors is part of the noise filtering bypass circuit and also is there to protect the gate .
