  • Regarding HMC686 RF frequency range

    Hello all

    I had used  HMC423 mixer in one of the module which was used in upconverting 308MHz IF with 960MHz as LO  to generate 1268 MHz RF. As the HMC423 became  obsolete, I found suggested alternate part HMC608 in analog site.

    But I got doubt as RF frequency…

    Hi,

    НМС608LC4 datasheet does not contain noise figure data in low gain mode. Could typical noise figure value be provided for НМС608LC4 in low gain mode?

  • RE: 36GHz RF oscillation signal source

    You need a PLL which drives a frequency doubler which drives an amplifier. Possible choices might be ADF4371 (PLL),  HMC1105 (frequency doubler) and HMC7229 (amplifier). These are not the only choices.
