• HMC595A/HMC574A transients

What is the video transient/feed-through for the following RF switches.

    HMC595A
    HMC574A

  • HMC595A hot switching, max power?

I have an application where I have to switch a 200MHz 34dBm CW signal. Switching rates will be low, about 1KHz.

The HMC595A seemed like a fine option, however I don't see a 'hot switching' spec in the datasheet.

I would like to know if it…

  • RE: HMC595AE_Tj

    Hi,

HMC595A is specified to have thermal resistance of 109 C/W from junction to die bottom and maximum junction temperature rating of 150 C.

    Best.

I want to confirm the logic of RF switch of models below:

    HMC595A

    HMC545A

The truth table for them on RF1 & RF2 against A & B are reverse? can not direct replacement? Please advise.

    Hi,

The HMC784MS8GE is not recommended for new designs because it will be discontinued. A PDN on EOL will be issued in June'2016 with LTB order dated Dec'2016.

We will have a replacement for the HMC784MS8GE. The HMC784AMS8GE will be the FFF…

    Hi,

It may be helpful to have a bit more information on measurement conditions and test setup.

Do you evaluate the HMC595E on its eval board? If not, did you confirm by thru measurement or simulation that the transmission lines on your PCB have 50ohm…
