  • simPLL for HMC704+HMC588

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    I am using simPLL to simulate the loop filter, and no matter how to change the parameter of the loop, the frequency always appears jumps in a range of hundreds Hz.

    Do you know how  to handle it.

  • HMC704无法锁定,CP端电压恒定

    使用HMC704鉴相器,中间加了一级运放AD8065,VCO使用的HMC588,并后接了二分频器。

    现象是加电以后配置寄存器值,然后发频点置数,频率为10GHz。此时,CP端输出电压为4.9V ,进入单电源模式下的AD8065的同相端,输出为8.7V,HMC588振荡在12.5GHz,后接功分并加二分频器正相输出,输出幅度为-2dBm,然后加了5dB衰减进入VCCIN端。但是此时CP端电压没有改变 ,VCO输出频率未改变,锁定指示为失锁态。

    请问下分频器输出端接入VCCIN和100MHz输入的参考频率进入鉴相器后比较…
