• HMC498LC4 over 20mils Substrate

    I would like to use this amplifier inside new design made over 20 mils RO4350 substrate thickness. Without deembeded S-parameters it is quite hard to make it work well in wider bandwidth. 

    I would apreciate some help on this issue or some shared experience…

    We do not have data for 200mA neither for HMC498(die) nor HMC498LC4.

    Our measured data are taken using Idd=250mA at Vdd=5V.
