• oscillation of HMC447

    Hi all,

The hmc447 is not working properly on my board when 26G input and 5V power are well supplied, there is a large signal output at 5Ghz around when i checked the output. And the signal is hung and moved which is like self-oscillation.What's worse…

  • RE: Output power level of HMC447

I would like to use HMC447 and HMC 733 in ADI simPLL tools .Can you please attached this lib to me?

It will help to to design PLL+VCO from  ADIsimPLL.

  • HMC703, HMC447 5V Power

    Hi Walt,

In fact, I am building a PLL with HMC703LP4E and HMC447LC3 prescalar. My VCO is powered by 5V. I'd like to know if it's better to power HMC447 by VCO 5V or by HMC703 5V (VPPCPA pin 14).

    BR,

    Payam

  • RE: Loop Filter configuration

    Hi Marty,

    Thanks for feedback.

Attached is my *.pll file for your review..

I do not have VCO:HMC733 and Prescaler:HMC447 library in my *.pll file .

Can you please add this two library(HMC733 and HMC447)  into my *.pll file then send to me?

  • HMC733 VCO

    Hello,

Two question about the HMC733 10-20GHz VCO ?

     - What is the perenity of this component, as there is no HMC733A version on the website ?

    - Does it exist a divider by two up to 20 GHz, instead of HMC447 ? I would like the larger comparison frequency…

  • RE: Gerber file of EVAL-HMC447LC3

    Hi there,

I apologize for the delay in getting back to you. I've attached the gerber files for the HMC447LC3B evaluation board. For future reference, these files can sometimes be found be searching EZ or by visiting the Full Product Page for the model…

  • 12-20 GHz PLL Design - "Noise-like spurs"

    Hi All,

I'm currently working on a PLL design that's to generate frequencies from 12 GHz to 20 GHz.To do so, I'm using a HMC733 VCO with a HMC704 PLL (with a HMC447 div-by-4 to feed the VCO reference back to the PLL). After tweaking the loop filter,…
