    ADF4152HV的规一化噪底比4002要高,仿真图上被相位噪声淹没了。但它们都是有1/f噪声的。4002的噪声确实比4152低9db。如果要求更低的噪声,可以看看hmc440和hmc699,它们的噪声比4152hv低20db,不过功耗上牺牲一点。

    Essentially you need a fractional PLL with phase adjust that can operate down to 13 MHz and the ability to operate at N=1. I'm not aware of a PLL product in our portfolio that can meet all of those requirements.
