I am referring to an evaluation PCB board which is mentioned in the datasheet of HMC431 VCO.
I would like to use the HMC431 in an application at 5.8GHz.but for simulated; I have not found the S-parameters on Hittite website.
Can you please help me to find the S-parameter data for HMC431? Thanks.
What is the input capacitance of the VTUNE input on the HMC431? Approximate number is fine.
Thanks for your quick and kind response. Currently, we use an excited Enhancement Mode Pseudomorphic EHEMT to be a VCO without PLL. But it must be tuned in one by one. For mass production smoothly, just begin to survey for better solution to…
At microwave frequencies good grounding and short, shielded connections are important for accurate measurements. You're voltmeter with it's high impedance isn't going to be able to make a good measurement. If using the evaluation board…
I would like to know the equivalent hours of HMC764LP6CE & HMC783LP6CE. I cnn't find the information in the attached Reliability Report. How can I calculate that value?
