    The HMC368LP4 datasheet only lists the total current, what should I expect for typical bias currents on this device?

    目前用到一款有源倍频器HMC368,pHEMT的MMIC,其中pin21和23为Vg1和Vg2,也就是pHEMT的栅压,我看到数据手册上要求的Vg口供电为负压,-2~0V,这个栅压应该是影响漏电流大小的,由于不是很懂pHEMT,所以想问问Vg的大小是不是直接影响漏电流然后影响有源倍频器的输出功率。

    如果一定要-2~0V的负压供电,有没有合适的方案提供,谢谢

    We have 8 GHz VCOs available. You could use an 8 GHz VCO and then connect a frequency doubler evaluation board after the RF output.
