    The RF signal amplitude output of f HMC264LC3B is too low, which is 20dB lower than that of subharmonic.

    you can see RF signal at 26.05GHz(-47.56dBm) when LO=13GHz (-4dBm), IF = 0.05GHz (-8.44dBm) .

    But the amplitude of subharmonic(26GHz) is -20dBm.

    J1 - J3 PCB Mount SMA Connector is true ?
    PCB Mount SMA Connector of J1 RF input is same as J3 IF and J2 LO ?
    Isn't 2.92mm PCB Mount K-Connector appropriate for J1 RF?

  • RE: 36GHz RF oscillation signal source

    You need a PLL which drives a frequency doubler which drives an amplifier. Possible choices might be ADF4371 (PLL),  HMC1105 (frequency doubler) and HMC7229 (amplifier). These are not the only choices.
