We would like to know ESD sensitivity of HMC241LP3E.
We can see ESD sensitivity of HMC241ALP3E in the datasheet. But there is no description about ESD sensitivity in the datasheet of HMC241ALP3E. Is HMC241LP2E same as HMC241ALP3E about ESD senditivity…
Hello
What is the limitation when using the part HMC241ALP3 below 100MHz? The former part HMC241LP3 is defined DC to 4GHz, and for the best of my understanding both parts HMC241ALP3 and HMC241LP3 are FFF. Please advise what is the performance in the…

I have a question related to HMC241ALP3E RF Switch. In the datasheet it is given that NC pins should be connected to PCB RF ground. Why we need to connect those pins eventhough it is named as NC pins?

Hello,
I'm interested in the evaluation board for the HMC241ALP3, PN 108333-HMC241ALP3 but I'm unable to find any dimensions for it. Any chance of getting this information ? Thanks.
Best Regards.
Hi,
The HMC241ALP3E is provided as FFF replacement for the HMC241LP3E. The HMC241ALP3E supports same electrical performance/operating conditions and pin compatible to HMC241LP3E.
The web page is wrong and we will correct it.
Thanks.
What is the status of the HMC241ALP3E. Is it under full support or is it being phased out?
I would like to cascade 2 HMC RF switches.(Eg hmc321lp4 and hmc241alp3e)
Would just adding a DC blocking cap between the Switches be sufficient?
Any advice?
Thanks
Hi, hkumar.
Do you have data with S-params down to let's say 10kHz?
Will it work with acceptable characteristics if my RF power levels are less the -20dBm?
Does this (work on near DC) apply to HMC241ALP3E?
Thanks,
Yuri.
I was unable to find S parameter files for the HMC241ALP3E. Could you please send the files for 25° C over the full frequency
range? Also please include additional temperature settings (-40° C and +85° C) if possible. Thanks.
The HMC241ALP3E data sheet indicates that the switch is DC to 4 GHz, but in the pin description table it states that blocking caps are required. Why are blocking caps requred and what would happen if I DC coupled to my RF circuit? Thanks.
