    I recommend HMC1097 if it goes to 100MHz. Normally, if DAC goes to 400MHz, the performance gets worse. And the low pass filter is difficult to design. Probably AD9122+HMC1097 is better.

  • 恳求推荐一款I/Q调制芯片,可以使得单边带调制(SSB)时输出单一正弦波。

    现在用的方案是ADL5385用于单边带调制,但是通过验证,发现输出的波形不是单一的正弦波,波形如下图1所示,

    加了滤波器后,变成了正弦波,如图2所示

    后来发现是由于ADL5385的内部采用D触发器将本振移相90°,因此,用于单边带调制的本振信号变成了方波,这就导致最后的输出有了很多的杂散通过分析图1输出波形的频谱,也可以验证。如下图3所示:

    现在的问题就是有没有一款芯片,其内部的移相90°的电路是用模拟的方式实现,输出没有这么多杂散?类似的IQ调制芯片HMC1097有人用过么…
