• HMC1049LP5E dependancy  Idd from Gate Bias Voltage .

    Hi!

    How can I get diagram dependancy  Idd  (typical 70 mA) from Gate Bias Voltage, Vgg1 (-2V to +0.2V) ? Such dependancy is one and the same for all  HMC1049LP5E samples or can be individual for each HMC1049LP5E sample?

    The data sheet for the HMC1049LP5E is not one of the amplifies listed in the HMC920LP5E's

    data sheet. The list also provides resistor values for the given amplifier.

    Hi, I am using HMC1049LP5E. The RF input is DC coupled. What is the  maximum DC bias  voltage can I apply to the FR input pin. Can I use ACG3, ACS2 pins to DC bias HMC1049?

    尊敬的工程师们,请教一下HMC1049的问题。

    HMC1049LP5E 芯片的RF输入输出引脚均是DC耦合,通常DC耦合是需要在输入输出端加上隔直电容的,但是其评估板却没有加隔直电容,直接将输入输出引脚引入到了SMA接口。

    所以问题来了,到底隔直电容是否必须呢。尤其是当使用HMC1049LP5E级联电路时,级间是否必须加隔直电容呢。
