    The 70C is referring to the temperature of the die. Keep the die lower than 70C with a heatsink or use a higher temperature grade.

    We don't have HMC-MDB277 conversion loss data for an LO of 63 GHz.  I would expect to see conversion loss in the -16 dBm range, but may be worse.  It's probably best to test the die using your RF/LO combination to confirm the insertion loss…
