The ADuM7640 contains a refresh feature which guarantees DC correctness:
If the ADuM7640 is powered and the inputs are static, the correct state will be reflected at the outputs in approximately 1 ms.
The ADUM7640 isolation spec is listed as 1000Vrms. Just want to verify that this translates to 1400VDC. The DC isolation spec we have to meet is 1KVDC..
FMCMOTCON1 provides electrical isolation between the FPGA and the power stage.
The components used to provide electrical isolation are:
- ADuM7640 for digital signals
- AD7401A for analog signals
- ADuM500 for power supplies

So I want to know that If VDDO voltage is slowly increasing or decrease, how much voltage dose it keep Hi-Z?
