    Thank you for your suggestion.I feel like ADuM3481 wouldn't be enough for my application as my SPI clockrate is 12.88MHz. Could you please suggest me something works in that range?

    We generally don't use ground/power fills on the signal layers. The inner two layers are deditcatedto GND/Power as you're doing, and we create a low impedance path for decoupling. You can see and example in the ADuM3481 eval board.
