Your ADuM1280 have the schmitt trigger at input parts.
So what is your threshold voltage rail of it?
Your datasheet show only VIH and VIL as following.

I have read from Analog Devices website that iCoupler has already passed VDE 10kV Surge Test.
But somehow, I only see this written down in the datasheet of ADuM1280 while I don't see any proof.
