How do I get the full data sheet for the ADV8002? Thanks!

Check out the ADV8002 http://www.analog.com/en/audiovideo-products/analoghdmidvi-interfaces/adv8002/products/product.html.
Unfortunately there are no simple solutions. You need a format converter, something similar to the ADV8002. The ADV8002 will take any input format and convert it to S-video. It does frame rate conversion, size formatting and progressive to interlaced…
At the moment, we don't have any open parts that will let you do an overlay like that. ADV8002 (http://www.analog.com/en/audiovideo-products/analoghdmidvi-interfaces/adv8002/products/product.html) can do a bitmapped OSD put it's likely massive…
To me the thread title implied that you wanted to send VGA video over DVI to your TFT however your previous post indicates it's dual sourced, analog VGA and DVI. The AD9888 is not the best solution.
For the inputs you might look at the ADV7441A.
You will need to contact your ADI rep. directly to get more information.
The ADV7611 does not do format conversion. What goes in comes out. 1080p60 has a 148MHz clock while 576p has a 54MHz clock. You will need a format converter such as an ADV8002.
The documentation for ADV7611 is available at the following URL:
The documentation for ADV8002 requires an NDA. You'll need to talk to your ADI sales contact regarding this.
ADV8002/3 are scalers with full motion-adaptive de-interlacing. They are NDA parts though, so you'd need to go through your local ADI sales to get the documentation on them-- we can't support them in the forum yet.
The ADV8002 will take any input format and convert it to S-video. It does frame rate conversion, size formatting and progressive to interlaced conversion. Basically anything to S-Video.
