Thanks for your valuable suggestions. I have come up with two ideas and I need your advise on implementing it. I want to know whether I could go ahead with the following methods or not.
METHOD 1 : Using one 32x16, one 16x8 crosspoint switch.

For ADV3225, enabled, 150 Ohm load, 1vpp signal total current is 70 + 6.66mA
For ad8146, enable, 8-150 Ohm loads, 1vpp signal, total current is 62 + 8 * 1 / 150 oHms = 115 mA. Worst case with all outputs loaded at 150 Ohms.
As confirmed by the designer of the ADV3228, the absolute maximum potential difference of DVCC to AVEE is 11V. This applies to other crosspoints such as the ADV3224, ADV3225, ADV3226, ADV3227, and ADV3229. We'll update the datasheets and…
