• ADUM1410 input time question

    Hi all

    I have an input signal with falling time of about 100 ms.

    You can see it on attached files.

    This signal switch on/off about one time in 1 minutes.

    Do you think that this long-term behaviour could damage the internal circuit?

  • ADUM240D0 - connect NIC pin to ground to make pin compatible with ADUM1410?

    Hey,

    I was wondering what the side effects of ignoring the advice to leave NIC floating on the ADUM240D0 would be? I was hoping to make a pin compatible pad with the ADUM1410, which has pin 10 as CTRL, which I need to tie to ground.

    Hi - This sounds like an ADuM1410's pin 7 behavior.  Can you verify that the part is an ADuM1400 and not an ADuM1410?

    We don't have such a comparison table now, but in the datasheet of ADuM140D/ADuM140E you will find that "ADuM140E1 pin compatible with ADuM1400" rather than ADuM1410.
