    附件是我的电路图,请问电路图是否有问题,另隔离我用的磁耦ADUM1310,场效应管我用的DN2540,买来DS用万用表测量是通的,放电后DS脚阻值5百多,按理应该是好的?但是我的结果不多,240欧姆的电阻早上是10V,刚刚又没有了,而且AD421开始发热,有点烫,我的问题主要是1.电路图是否有问题 2.场效应管是否是好的?如果有做过的是否可以上传原理图给我参考?谢谢谢谢!
