My Customer is using ADT6501 in our product and now have some question with it.

During the test, we found out that the Vcc of ADT6501 will drop (dV=429mV) some times when it is working.

Hi, apologies for delay in getting back. We have looked at ADT6401 on the bench and when the rise time is >10mS from 0->2.7V, the part isn’t entering the correct mode with the associated floating inputs.
We also tied the S2 & S0 pins to Vdd/2 but…

Our customer uses this part from TI : LM26CIM5-HHD . This has a trip point of 0 degrees. However , our customer wants a part with a fixed trip point at 7 degC switch-on? I think that should be p/n LM26CIM5-HSD – but TI do not produce such a device…
