  • ADRF5132 pin function

    Hello,

    I'd like to confirm the pin function of ADRF5132. According to the datasheet of ADRF5132, pin6 is RFC and pin7 is GND.

    But, pin 7 is connected to terminal J2, which is RFC,  on the application circuit in the datasheet.

    Which is correct…

    ADRF5130, ADRF5132, ADRF5160 are our high power (>20 W peak) SPDT switches in SOI process. Unfortunately none of them could handle the power level in wide frequency range of your application.
