Is it available gerver files and BOM list for ADRF5132-EVALZ?
I'd like to confirm the pin function of ADRF5132. According to the datasheet of ADRF5132, pin6 is RFC and pin7 is GND.
But, pin 7 is connected to terminal J2, which is RFC, on the application circuit in the datasheet.
Which is correct…
ADRF5130, ADRF5132, ADRF5160 are our high power (>20 W peak) SPDT switches in SOI process. Unfortunately none of them could handle the power level in wide frequency range of your application.

The ADRF5132 switches the common port (RF1) from RF2 to ground. So this would not be suitable for me as I need to switch the common port between two antenna feeds. However it looks like the ADRF5130 would work ?…
The recommended SP4T switch ADRF5040 SETTLING time is 7 to 9uS high compared to HMC7992, whereas we need less than 3uS.
