    The ADR4550 voltage reference data sheet has noise spectrum plotted to ~ 10 kHz. Is there any information about its noise at higher frequencies (to ~ 10 MHz)?

    Is there any advantage to use the external reference, taking in account I will very likely have an ADR4550 on board anyway on board serving other components? On the other hand AD5864R's reference may save routing and a bypass capacitor.

  • 参考电源ADR4550对输入电源的噪声抑制问题

    ADR4550的输出为传感器供电,ADR4550的输入电源为金升阳的电源模块,示波器显示该电源模块的输出噪声峰峰值在200mv左右,而经过ADR4550稳压后输出电源噪声没有任何改变,依然为200mv左右,导致传感器精度急剧降低。将电源模块去掉,直接采用线性电源输入,噪声降低为10mv,ADR4550的输出噪声依然和其输入电源噪声一致。

    现想咨询下:

    1、ADR4550为何没有起到对电源噪声抑制的功能?

    2、ADI可否提供一个对外部9~36V输入电源的噪声抑制方案
