How long is ADR127 turn-on time when using a 0.1uF in parallel with a 10uF atits output? I can see at the
datasheet that for 0.1uF the turn-on time is about 80us but I don't have any
clue on how much this time increases in the case…

Hello.
1. Regarding using a 1V reference this is outside of the stated range in the datasheet so I would advise against this aproach. It would still work but the performance would not be guaranteed.
You could consider the ADR127 as a 1.25V reference…
