• ADP7183 -0.5V design using adjustable LDO ADP7183

    Hello,

    I need negative 0.5V for my project so I'm using ADP7183-R7 adjustable part(Negative 0.5V fixed part are not availble).

    To get -0.5V I'm shorting the VA and VFB pins, as per the adjustment equation.

    But in datasheet, nowhere I could see…

    Do I need to attach CAFB even in this case?

    Hi

    I can't find the maximum operating voltage on the ADP7183's EN pin in the datasheet. I see that the absolute maximum voltage is +5.0 V but what is the operating maximum voltage?

    Looking into your circuit looks like everything should work fine. Can you please confirm if the EPAD of ADP7183 is connected to VIN?

    I am sorry, but we do not have a precision negative reference.  We have the ADP7182 and ADP7183 negative LDOs, but they are not going to meet your specifications.
