You can use ADP7156 which is a 1.2A, ultralow noise, high PSRR, RF linear regulator that offers fixed output voltage of 1.8V and 3.3V for easy pairing with the AD9914.

If the LTC6953 is powered up with all outputs on it will exceed the LT3045 current. There are few work arounds, I listed a few options in no particular order.
