  • ADP5051芯片工作不正常

    你好!我公司产品中有用到ADP5051,现在出现的问题是,10片ADP5051中,有2到3片ADP5051工作不正常,ADP5051的原理图在附件中1.2中,电路板应该是没有问题,只是没有用I2C来控制ADP5051的工作模式,都选用芯片的默认工作模式,10块板子中,有7块ADP5051是好的,工作不正常的ADP5051

    通道3,4的SW波形如附件3(通道1,2SW波形也和这差不多):

    我怀疑不正常的这几颗芯片,是不是需要初始化,指定其工作模式!麻烦你们帮我分析下,这个项目我们很着急,需要赶紧解决这些问题…

  • ADP5051通道1,2输出问题

    调试过程如下:

    测试条件:  ADP输入12V,RT=31.6K,(600KHZ);ADP5051 SYNC/MODE上拉5V,启动FPWM模式;

    设计输出:  通道1输出1.2V/4A;通道2输出2.5V/4A,通道3,4输出3.3V/1.2A;

    通道1,2电路原理图如下:

    存在问题:

    1.每次上电,芯片四个通道的SW引脚有时候有输出;

    2.通道3,4能正常工作,输出3.3V电压;但通道1,2不能输出1.2V 和 2.5V电压…

    你好,我电路板上ADP5051输出四路电源,一二,四通道分别输出1.2V,2.5V,3.3V,且都正常,电路和datasheet上的参考图一样,图如下:;但第三通道输出5V,不正常,测得SW上的波形如下:

    放大了如下:

    而且,SW上面有5V的直流,这是不是芯片的三通道坏了,但其他的三鹿通道都是正常的。麻烦,你们给我分析下故障,十分着急,谢谢!

  • RE: BUCK and LDO which are not used in ADP5052 are safely set to disable.

    I recommend using the ADP505x design tool.

    This tool has the ability to disable channels and will suggest an appropriate configuration for the un-used pins.
