    Now I am developing the PCB with ADM8829 part.

    Does the ADM8829 NC pin have any internal connection?

    I would like to connect this pin to GND and make the PCB apply as for ADM8828 as for ADM8829 part.

    Please take a look at Switched Capacitor Converters from Analog Devices. ADM8828/ADM8829 might be a good fit if you have 5V supply available on your system.
