I did not see a simulation model of the ADM4850, but I was curious if there is a model for the the individual receiver and transmitter in this transceiver?
The ADM4850 has a basic level of HBM ESD protection at 2 kV.
The ADM4850 also has a basic level of CDM ESD protection at 1.5 kV.
What is your application? Is your application in a harsh EMC environment?

The relevant specification in the datasheet for this is "Input Resistance (A, B)" and this is specified as a minimum of 96 kOhm. So the customer's measured data is well in excess of the minimum and within specifications.
Are you referring to ADM4850? If you don't need use the driver block, a logic low on "DE" pin would bring driver differential output to high impedance state regardless of what the state of "DI" pin is. Please see the Table below:…
