• ADM1185监控3路电源

    使用ADM1185监控3路电源(3.3V、1.8V、1.2V)时,-40℃~-10℃环境下,有板卡Powergood输出为低,下图是原理图,

    故障时,3.3V、1.8V,1.2V电压都正常,与正常板卡对比,上电时序也无差异。

    1.8V和1.2V都是LDO

    不知道怎么进一步往下分析了,不知道ADM1185的设计是否有问题?

    The PWRGD pin in ADM1185 is open drain output, the rise time will depend on the pull resistor that you are using for the output and the trace capacitance.

    Hi Sanchogus,

    There is no power sequence requirement for AD9273, you can power up the DRVDD, AVDD1, AVDD2 at the same time.

    If you want to add the power up sequence, I will recommend you the below solutions.

    I don't know if it's needed, but if you look at the AD7124-4 eval board User Guide schematics, you will see they use the ADM1185 power sequencer to bring up IOVdd after AVdd.

    Is a power-supply sequence recommended for power-up of AD7779 ?

    In datasheet seems to be no requirement.

    However, in EVAL-AD7779 evaluation board schematic, there is ADM1185 quad voltage monitor and sequencer.

    From there looks that AD7779 analog supplies…
