• ADG824 electrical model for HSPICE simulation

    Hi,

    Currently our design is considering ADG824 part no to use on QSPI bus.

    So, I'm looking for the electrical model. I would like to perform platform timing analysis in Hspice simulation using the model.

  • ADG804: Is it bidirectional?

    After a single supply, 1:4 Demux.  It's not clear from datasheet if ADG804 is bidirectional. 

    Otherwise could use ADG824 or 836

    Hi Sam,

    The ADG774 is not characterised for VDD=1.8V operation.

    If you require a SPDT switch that has a 1.8V specification then the ADG824 is a device that is fully characterised with a VDD of 1.8V
