• ADG738 datasheet fault

    Hi dear.

    I saw this image in ADG738 datasheet Figure 30 and it looks like that there is a some mistakes in this image. pay attention to SCLK and DIN pins. why there are connected together?

  • ad7193切换通道大概需要多久?

    按cn0287的设计,打算测量4路pt100热电阻。

    测单路时,可以得到较准确的值。

    现在想这样测量,某时刻,切换adg738的通道,设置ad7193为单次转换模式,然后读取数据寄存器值;最后关断adg738所有通道,延时一会,切换到下一路温度采集通道...

    发现,切换adg738通道后立刻读取ad7193数据寄存器,得到的值为0xFFFFFF;

    尝试在adg738切换通道后加延时,结果发现要延时为1秒左右再进行数据采集,才能得到较准确的值。

    现在改成只读取第一路数据,问题依旧。

    主循环里,SPI发送数据依次为:

    1,通过SPI写ADG738寄存器,打开ADG738通道一;

    2,通过SPI读AD7193配置寄存器,并修改读取的数据;

    3,将修改后的数据通过SPI写AD7193配置急寄存器;

    4,通过SPI写AD7193模式寄存器,开始单次转换;

    5,等待MISO变低,然后通过SPI读AD7193数据寄存器;

    依次循环...

    按以上步骤的话,每次加电,读取的通道一的ADC值,可能是正常的,也可能是被放大了一倍,并且会一直保持下去…

    你好,我正好也在做这个项目,目前也遇到了些问题,也正在解决中。

    截图中的这段中文翻译其实是有歧义的,“开启ADG738”中的开启,在英文文档中是这样的“open”,应该是断开的意思。

    就是ADG738断开,ADG702闭合,这样运放就形成了一个电压跟随器,输出电压就是AD5201的编程电压。这个输出电压加在了Ref电阻上,也就形成了偏置电压。
