    Yes, the ADG709 is Halogen free.  There was a material change a while back to make it Halogen free.  You can check the PCN in the sample and buy section on the product page, see below.

    Will the ADG409 worked on power supply 3.3 V?

     

    I assume you mean the ADG409 (2x 4:1 mux).

    ADG409 will not work correctly with 3.3V single supply. ADG709 has the same
    function but works down to a supply of 1.8V.

    I need the ADG709 input to go 1/10V below ground, so ourplan is to use a diode as a shunt regulator on V- (-15V at 10KOhm bias). The V+ supply pin is at 5V. Is this a viable approach? What are the pitfalls? See attached.

    The problem I have, is that the only voltages I have on my PCB are ±3,3V and ±5,5V dual suppllies.
