ADG1413与ADG613封装和定义一致,唯一的区别在于供电。我的电路设计上使用ADG613时,±5V供电正常使用。当换到ADG1413时,仅±5V供电时能正常工作,+12V供电和±15V供电下均会烧毁。这与其datasheet描述不太相符。请问会是什么问题么?
