Regarding ADI web, ADG5248F's HBM ESD is 3.5kV on the link. But we couldn't see the spec on the datasheet. Would 3.5kV be correct spec ?
I have been attempting to do some simple simulations with the ADG5248F spice model but a simple simulation fails to converge.
I have tried all the regular spice adjustment to simulation stepping values and tolerance with no luck.
