What will be the performance impact of connecting the prescaler output to filter ?
Does VSWR or output return loss data available…
Does the ADF5000 show self-oscillation with no RF applied? If yes, how can that be avoided (except power down)?
The data sheets for these parts show very good behavior for sensitivity vs. Vdd, as shown on figure 3.
Do you have data for typical sensitivity vs. temperature for any of these parts, especially the ADF5000?

So, shall I just use a ADF5000 connected to a ADF4110 ? Will this be sufficient ?
Also the ADF5000 is specified for operations from 4GHz, whereas my input is only 3MHz.

No I checked it was not the buffer amp and yes Vout/Vset are shorted. Using a tektronix 200 MHz 10:1 probe. The 400ns is the minimum PW I ever need to see.
