    ADF4360-7 generate 350Mhz clock by using 30 nH to drive HMCAD1511 ,HMCAD1511 is work,

    oscilloscope can   see  the 350MHZ clock.

    but generate 1.0GH clock by using 3.1nH to drive HMCAD1511,HMCAD1511 is not work , 

    oscilloscope can not  see the 1.0GHZ clock.

    我的电路采用的是ADF4360-7的芯片手册中的原理图(如下图),想要输出一个1GHz的时钟信号,输入是10MHz。程序是FPGA写入,写入后用示波器测MUXOUT的输出,串行数据和R分频输出都是有波形,且正确,但是N分频没有输出,想请问大家这有可能是什么原因?电感我试了2.2nH和3.3nH的绕线电感,都不行
