    电压比较器ADCMP580，输入端一个接正弦信号，一个接直流电压信号，现在直流信号接0V，正弦信号幅度峰峰值500mV，频率低于50MHz，输出信号为占空比50%的方波，但是大于50MHz后，输出信号就不是方波了，频率越高，信号就越接近正弦波，请问器件本身就是这样还是有其他问题？

  • I want to use ADCMP580 with VCCI=5V and VEE=0V, would you please tell me how much is the Input voltage range and input differential range?

    The spec is about VCCI=5V and VEE=-5V. It seems the ADCMP580 could work with single power supply, but there is no parameters about it.
