    电压比较器ADCMP580,输入端一个接正弦信号,一个接直流电压信号,现在直流信号接0V,正弦信号幅度峰峰值500mV,频率低于50MHz,输出信号为占空比50%的方波,但是大于50MHz后,输出信号就不是方波了,频率越高,信号就越接近正弦波,请问器件本身就是这样还是有其他问题?

  • I want to use ADCMP580 with VCCI=5V and VEE=0V, would you please tell me how much is the Input voltage range and input differential range?

    The spec is about VCCI=5V and VEE=-5V. It seems the ADCMP580 could work with single power supply, but there is no parameters about it.
