I want to use ADCMP572 to have a square wave form at 1.2 GHz from a sin wave at the same frequency. Could ADCMP572 be used for this application and also is the a spice model available for ADCMP572?

I have a question about ADCMP572 input signal pulse width.
Per datasheet, it says 80ps minimum pulse width.
Does it mean the comparator do not response to a input signal with a pulse less than 80ps?

Does AC coupling the 8 Gbps CML output of a ADCMP572 SiGe comparator allow you to terminate the end of it's transmission line to a different voltage, e.g. 1.2V, than the Vcco of the ADCMP572 (3.3V)?
